Body & Fit Energy Gels – Mela / 6x60ml

During endurance sports, there's always a moment when your body makes things difficult. Your blood sugar drops, your muscles run out of fuel, and your pace falls away. That's hitting the wall, and it always comes at the worst possible moment — unless you refuel in time. During prolonged exercise, your body simply uses fuel faster than it replenishes it. Our new Energy Gel delivers 30 grams of fast-absorbing carbohydrates per gel, exactly what your muscles need at that moment to keep going. On top of that, you get sodium and potassium, the electrolytes you lose through sweat and need more of as the distance increases. It's conveniently packaged, and thanks to natural flavourings it has great tasting flavours so you can take it easily, even hours into your effort.
